Sewing Instructions

1. Stitch shoulder SEAM ALLOWANCES of the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL inserts. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and serge. Serge the lower edge of the FRONT PANEL insert.
2. Stitch shoulder SEAM ALLOWANCES of the upper FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL. Place the guipure lace right side up on the upper FRONT PANEL, wrong side down. Stitch the neckline, stopping 1 cm before the center back seam line. Clip SEAM ALLOWANCES, turn the guipure lace to the wrong side and press.
3. Clip the corner on the upper FRONT PANEL. Fold the outer edges inwards and press. Topstitch the upper parts along the markings onto the guipure lace insert 0.1-0.2 from the edge.
4. Attach the upper BACK PANEL to the center BACK PANEL. Press SEAM ALLOWANCE downwards. Attach the lower FRONT PANEL to the FRONT PANEL. Serge and press SEAM ALLOWANCE downwards.
5. Attach the SIDE PANELS to the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL, clipping the SEAM ALLOWANCE at the corner. Serge and press SEAM ALLOWANCES: horizontal edge — upwards, vertical — towards the center.
6. On the left BACK PANEL, cut 5 cm along the vertical slit edge. On both BACK PANEL pieces, reinforce the slit with FUSIBLE INTERFACING on the wrong side. On the right side, mark the center seam line (slit fold line). Press the left part along the slit fold line; on the right part, press only the SEAM ALLOWANCE of the right side of the slit (6 cm) to the wrong side. Align the pieces along the center seam and secure at the upper edge of the slit. Serge the center back edge separately on each piece, only on the main upper fabric. Serge the slit SEAM ALLOWANCES. Stitch the center back edge from the ZIPPER mark to the slit corner. Clip the corner of the slit seam SEAM ALLOWANCE on the right part. Press the center seam SEAM ALLOWANCES open, press the slit SEAM ALLOWANCES and secure them on the right side with machine stitching.
7. Insert the ZIPPER. Attach the guipure lace to the neckline area. Fold the guipure lace inwards and hand stitch the SEAM ALLOWANCES to the ZIPPER.
8. Stitch the side edges. Serge and press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL.
9. Make a cut on the SLEEVE according to the marked shape. Cut a BIAS BINDING from the main upper fabric, 4 cm wide, with a length equal to twice the cut length + 4 cm. Fold the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise and press. Press the outer SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the center. Finish the SLEEVE cut with the BIAS BINDING. Stitch the SLEEVE edge. Serge and press SEAM ALLOWANCE towards the BACK PANEL. Set the SLEEVE into the armhole, aligning NOTCHES. Serge SEAM ALLOWANCE. Fold the bottom of the SLEEVE twice by 1 cm and topstitch. At the end of the cut, make a loop and sew on a button.
10. Serge the bottom edge of the garment. Fold the SEAM ALLOWANCE to the wrong side, press and topstitch.
