Refund Policy

Digital Products — General Rule

Because our sewing patterns are delivered as digital files, all sales are final by default. Once a pattern file has been downloaded, we are unable to "take it back" and therefore cannot offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind.

We encourage you to review the pattern preview images, size charts, and description carefully before purchasing.

When We Do Offer a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • File not delivered. Your download link failed and our support team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
  • Corrupt or incomplete file. The file you received is damaged and cannot be opened in standard DXF / PLT / PDF software.
  • Wrong item delivered. You received a pattern file that is different from what you ordered.
  • Duplicate purchase. You accidentally bought the same pattern twice within 7 days — we will refund the second charge.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@MinervaPatterns.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include:

  • Your order number or the email address used at checkout.
  • A description of the issue (and a screenshot if applicable).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Custom Made-to-Measure Patterns

Patterns drafted to your specific measurements are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cannot be resold to another customer. If there is a drafting error on our part, we will re-draft the affected sections at no charge.
